Digital Specialist: The purpose of the Digital Specialist role is to grow Caseware Africa’s digital presence and strengthen the Caseware Africa brand. The role is responsible for the content, management, and maintenance of social media channels. The incumbent will also collaborate with the designated agency partners to ensure the company’s website is relevant and kept up to date. In addition, the role supports the Marketing Team by providing social media expertise.
Development
Intermediate Automation Tester The objective of a Tester for the Caseware Division is to achieve ongoing financial success for the business through efficient product delivery and utilization. The incumbent is responsible for partnering with key internal stakeholders for the planning, development and execution of quality assurance and application testing to enhance customer value.
Support
Caseware Support Consultant (Audit / Caseware Exposure) : The purpose of the Caseware Support Consultant role is to provide technical software support to customers that utilize the Caseware product offering, Drawing on your accounting and auditing knowledge. The role is responsible for client success and retention through enabling clients to effectively and efficiently use the Caseware Africa product offerings so that clients can service their clients.
